Acceptance
By purchasing a presale tier, requesting onboarding, or using CostImplodeAI, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
Presale Access
Presale tiers reserve access to CostImplodeAI gateway features and setup support as described on the purchase page at the time of purchase. Access terms vary by tier. Provider token usage, provider credits, and third-party account fees are separate.
BYOK Model
CostImplodeAI is designed around Bring Your Own Key. You are responsible for your provider accounts, provider terms, key permissions, usage limits, invoices, and model selection. CostImplodeAI may help route eligible requests, but it does not control third-party provider pricing, availability, model output, or account decisions.
No Guaranteed Outcome
CostImplodeAI may help identify lower-cost routing paths when available, but savings, latency, uptime, model quality, and availability are not guaranteed. Any estimates or examples are informational and can change with provider pricing, traffic patterns, and model behavior.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, credential theft, malware, or abuse of third-party systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass provider limits, security controls, rate limits, or payment obligations.
- Do not submit sensitive regulated data unless there is a written agreement and confirmed controls for that use case.
Payments and Support
Presale payments are processed through PayPal links. After purchase, email your receipt and preferred onboarding email to sales@costimplodeai.com. If there is a fulfillment issue, contact support so it can be reviewed.
Limitations
The service is provided on an early-access basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CostImplodeAI and BotVibe AI LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party providers.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product moves from presale to live service. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated through the contact information available to CostImplodeAI.
